DESCRIPTION:

Situated on a hillside well above the town, Highgrove House offers breathtaking views of the Ayrshire coastline as you look over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and beyond to the Mull of Kintyre. Built by a sea captain in the 1920’s, the house has been traditionally restored to a lovely nine-guestroom hotel. Each of the charmingly quaint bedrooms is en-suite, individually decorated and provides every facility for guests to relax and enjoy their stay.

Like the hospitality, the cuisine at Highgrove House is second to none with the attractive split-level restaurant providing the ideal setting for impressively presented, contemporary style cooking. The distinct Scottish influence in the menus cleverly combines locally sourced produce, using each season’s harvest to maximum potential.
